I love that I can start off my day at work with a little boost that tastes good, convenient, and is all natural. After an early morning getting my little kids ready for school, I like to take Calm & Clarity to be all refreshed again for “Round 2” of work in the office.

I tend to gag when I get anxious, so I immediately put the product in my bag when I received it. Whenever I feel nervous and start gagging, I take one. It's super convenient—small and easy to carry. The texture is like honey, and the taste is a pleasantly sweet and sour flavor that isn’t gross at all.

The amazing part is that it actually eased my gagging symptoms! I also sleep better at night. I never thought there could be a non-medication health supplement that helps with psychological stress. Truly worth recommending!
